Below you'll find videos and links to my must have mods! The first video being my must have game play mods explaining what they do and under are the links(and brief explanations of said mods).
The second video are my finance mods that I use to help with money in the game (bank accounts, loans etc.).
I also have mods that help me change my sims, make my neighborhoods pretty, as well as just some of the websites where I get my custom content.(COMING SOON)

The Sim Blender is apart of my must have essential mods. It has many options that help you control and make changes to your game play. It includes changes such as relationship changes, changing your sim's physical appearance, changing your sim's LTW and many other options!
Moniques Hacked Computer is a hacked object that allows your sims to do many things. It allows your sims to study skills via the computer, your sim can study badges etc. Your sim can work from home on this computer as well as your sim can enter any career path. I primarily use it to shop online where you can buy your sim clothes, pets, jewelery etc. Another major use for it is the bank system which I address in the Finance mod section further down(coming soon)!
I love to use Custom Food in my game because I feel it adds realism and different things for my sims to eat and motivation for my sims to gain their cooking skills. I've downloaded a lot of my custom food at Mod The Sims but you can also find different things on The Sims Resource HERE!
Poses and Animations are useful for some different reasons. I use them while I take pictures for Youtube thumbnails and also for story telling purposes. Animations are useful when you're filming a machinima and need your sims to do certain actions or show different types of expressions that you need to convey your may need for a scene. I download quite a few of mine from MTS but you can also find them from HERE, HERE & HERE!

Some of you may know that there tends to be glitches that were in The Sims 2 that were never addressed by the Sims team back in the day. However, many modders have done their best at correcting some of these glitches with fixes that you can download. I have plenty of them in my game that I got from these two websites. Some of these are also changes and corrections that you can make to your game such as No Townie Regen, No Dormie Regen, No Stray Pets Respawn etc. Make sure to read the description of these fixes so you know what you're putting into your game!
The "Bank Online" feature of Monique's Hacked Computer is one of my favorite features included in this mod. There's some nifty features that let your sims do things like taking out and paying back loans-with interest, personal bank accounts for your different sims in the household including your kiddos when you turn on child banking, the option to send money to any sim in the neighborhood. It's a super sweet part of the mod that I use for different financial situations in my game! So make sure to check it out!
This mod helps is pretty self explanatory but, Helps you set up an automatic payment system in your game where your funds will be transferred to another sims household funds a certain day of the week. I use this to add realism to my game for things like "leasing" retail buildings, buy houses, setting up a rental system etc.
This is another self explanatory mod. It creates a system where a playable sim can own a building and you have your sims pay rent on it. This adds realism to the game because you can set up all sort of interesting situations or basically have your sims be a landlord instead of having a daily job or have your sims
This mod is definitely a good one to have in your game when you want to add realism. If one of your sim's child's biological parent isn't in the picture and you want to get what you're owed from them you can adjust the amount of child support their father/mother pays you.
This mod is a huge life saver for sims who aren't having any luck finding the job they want to get into or who are raising children and never got their career in order before that. Sending them to apply for Social Welfare will help cover them until they get their job of choice or until their kiddos are old enough where they can get out and find that job they've always wanted!
This is a cool object that adds realism to your game where you can get your sim any job they'd like. If you place it at a community lot it gives some cool some cool story sake realness or if your sim just can't find the job they want in the newspaper or on the computer you can send them to a lot with this bad boy and have them apply for the perfect job!
