A Family Farm-With FUNCTIONAL animals!

Yes, the title of this post is correct butt first, read what I have to say about this build I'm super proud of! So I built my first actual farm in the game , it's part of the rural district of my custom neighborhood Sommersby Bay. It's a 3 bedroom house with a country aesthetic. It has a barn that has a work station as well as an area for pigs and chickens! There's a pen for cows as well as a garden in the front yard! This house comes in a little over 100,000 simoleans and is perfect for your a family who wants to raise a family while simultaneously raising animals and maintaining the perfect garden.

I had an absolute blast making this house and went ahead and used some custom content that's worth mentioning for the first time in any of my videos. I came across this amazing website a little while back and I do not regret it one bit. There's so many awesome sets that you can download that completely changes your game in the way that you play, if you're a fan of farming or having your sims live off the land, you'll really appreciate the stuff on this site. I've actually been considering even doing a review of some of the sets on this site... not sure yet though to be honest.
